Render is not just cosmetic. A properly prepared and finished wall sheds driving rain instead of soaking it up, which matters on every exposed elevation around Morecambe Bay. We prepare the substrate properly, base coat it, and finish it cleanly, with reveals, sills and arches picked out neatly.

Inside the house we handle plastering and skimming as part of building and renovation work: walls stripped and boarded, ceilings opened up and re-skimmed, everything left smooth, flat and ready for decorating.
