What Usually Goes Wrong

The fix Full mortar beds on a compacted base, so every flag stays put.

What paving do you lay?

Indian sandstone, porcelain, concrete flags and block paving, with steps and edging to match.

Can you replace an old patio in the same spot?

Yes. We lift the old one, take it away, and rebuild the base before the new slabs go down.

Do you do the levels and drainage too?

Yes. Falls away from the house and proper drainage are part of the job, not an extra.

Do you charge for a quote?

No. The site visit and the written quote are both free, and there is no obligation either way. If we think the job does not need doing, or needs doing differently, we will tell you that instead of quoting for it.

Do you want a deposit up front?

No deposit. You pay when the work is finished and you are happy with it. There is also a 14 day cooling off period as standard.

Which areas do you cover?

Morecambe, Heysham, Lancaster, Carnforth, Bolton-le-Sands, Barrow-in-Furness and across to Kendal and the south Lakes. If you are just outside, ask anyway.
