Working In Morecambe

Morecambe is where JPW Property Care is based, and where a lot of our work happens. From the West End terraces to Bare and out towards Torrisholme, we are usually only minutes from the job, which makes free site visits easy and quick.

Seafront living has a price: salt air and driving rain off the bay work on render, rooflines and gutters harder here than almost anywhere inland. Sea-facing elevations fail first, and the difference between a wall that sheds the weather and one that drinks it is the difference between a dry house and a damp one.
